Q: How can we receive a price quotation in a shortest time?
A: When you send us an inquiry, it would be helpful if you could provide all the details, such as product size, item name, tube length, color, order quantity and packing requirements. We will send you a quotation within 30mins .
Q: Can you do customized design and size?
A: Yes, ODM & OEM services are available. Please send us the products you want to order and all the other details. so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once we receive your deposit.
Q: What kind of customized design can you do?
A: Silkscreen: 1-3 colors simple logo
Heat transfer printing: 1-8 colors complicated logo
Offset printing: 1-9 colors logo
Q: How can I get some samples?
A: Stock samples are free. Lead time: 2-3 days. The freight of the express parcel is on the buyer’s account.
Customized samples: about 7-10 days. The client needs to bear the sample fee and freight.
Q: How long is your production lead time?
A: That depends on the specific products and your order quantity. Normally, the lead time for a 20 feet container load will be within 20 days.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally, our MOQ is 12,000 pcs, depending on the design and production process of the products you need.

A: Small amount: PayPal, Cash.
Large amount: T/T(30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C.
